Refund Policy

Summary

Refunds are available within 7 days of your cohort start date. After that, no refunds are issued. All refund requests are reviewed individually.

Before cohort starts

Full refund available if you request before your cohort's start date. Email hello@codifiz.com with your name and enrollment email.

Within 7 days of cohort start

Partial refund may be considered at admin discretion. We'll review your situation individually. Contact us as soon as possible.

After 7 days

No refunds are issued after 7 days from cohort start. This applies to both upfront and installment students. Installment students remain obligated to complete their payment schedule.

Deferred payment (FSP2026 installment)

The $3,000 deferred payment is only triggered upon verified employment. If you do not obtain qualifying employment within the 10-month window, the deferred amount is waived.

Dismissal

Students dismissed through the QC process are reviewed case-by-case for a prorated refund of future installments not yet paid. No refund is issued for completed months.
